Inside the build
See what goes into it.
The transformation takes shape in the shop, one stage at a time. Here is the path from the original cart to the finished Yamaha.
A stock Yamaha before customization.
01 / THE STARTING POINT
Start with the foundation.
Every transformation begins with the cart underneath it all. We look at the starting Yamaha and talk through the build you have in mind, from its overall look to the features that matter to you.
That plan gives the project a direction before the custom details go on.

02 / THE TEARDOWN
Open it up.
The cart comes apart for the work ahead. Removing the bodywork and components needed for the build gives us access to the areas that are hidden on a finished cart.
This is where the starting cart becomes a project with a clear plan for its next chapter.
The rebuild progresses: batteries installed in the chassis.
03 / THE REBUILD
Build your combination.
The agreed work and selected upgrades come together around the chassis. Stance, wheels, seating, body color, and accessories turn the plan into a cart with its own character.
Each choice works toward the finished look and setup you want.

04 / THE FINISHED CART
Bring it all together.
The transformation is complete when the finish and selected features come together as one build. We walk through your cart with you so you can get familiar with your setup and ask questions.
Your Nichols custom build includes a 1-year custom build warranty.
